1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the www8k8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and sports betting participation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of www8k8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the www8k8 platform for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out above. www8k8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, and failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period shall entitle us to suspend or permanently close your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on www8k8, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on www8k8. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. www8k8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. www8k8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

www8k8 may request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

www8k8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment channels are displayed at the cashier screen during the deposit or withdrawal flow. www8k8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya on verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. www8k8 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. www8k8 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by www8k8 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

www8k8 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with fair participation. Where bonus abuse is detected, www8k8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the relevant account.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

www8k8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account in good faith prior to the modification.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on www8k8 — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Fortune Gems, Bingo, and crash games — operates according to rules published within the game interface by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before placing bets. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the in-game rules governing that specific game shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the integrity or outcome of a game round, www8k8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. www8k8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant wager amounts.

6.3 RNG Integrity

Slot games and virtual casino games on www8k8 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game providers including Jili, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or by www8k8.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on www8k8 — including pre-match and in-play markets covering PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, football, and other sports — are subject to acceptance at our discretion. www8k8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason.

7.2 Odds & Bet Settlement

Odds are displayed in Philippine Peso and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body or official league. www8k8 reserves the right to use alternative official sources where a primary source is unavailable.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, clear pricing error, obvious error in event details, or detection of match-fixing. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's www8k8 account balance.

7.4 Responsible Betting Limits

www8k8 applies maximum bet limits per market, per event, and per player at its discretion. Players who wish to set personal deposit or betting limits may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the www8k8 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account-level limits, self-exclusion periods, or promotional eligibility restrictions.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

9. Responsible Gaming

www8k8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the www8k8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the www8k8 platform without our express prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www8k8 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

In all cases, www8k8's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your www8k8 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

www8k8 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

www8k8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may be required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law and regulatory obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of our privacy obligations to you.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your www8k8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no outstanding violations of these Terms & Conditions are pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by www8k8

www8k8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to meet KYC requirements, suspected fraud or money laundering, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or any conduct that www8k8 determines — in its sole discretion — to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held in the account may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be withheld pending investigation. Sections 8, 10, 11, 14, and 15 of these Terms & Conditions survive termination of your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the www8k8 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact www8k8 support to seek an amicable resolution. www8k8 is committed to responding to all legitimate player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Amendments to These Terms

www8k8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice posted on the platform. The revised terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the www8k8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1 above. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
